Speedy / efficient consultation, recommended spinal injection after two consultations lasting about 10 minutes in total.
Underwent spinal injection several months later, but didn't hear anything post-operation. I called the office and spoke to the PA who said they would call me to arrange follow-up treatment (and advised to 'carry on as normal'), however I must have slipped through the net.
Without followup advice or care, I'm back to square one and am receiving treatment from another surgeon.
He seems competent and if you want to get something done quickly, this is absolutely the right place to go. However, make sure to chase for follow-up treatment.
